What's Next?
Well, I am at the point where my Literature is just about done. It was self edited, peer edited and now being teacher edited. My website needs a few more things tweeked, but otherwise, I am starting to work on my PowerPoint Presentation! This is the part I am really excited about. The paper and the website are just the extra stuff, this is the part that is going to be really fun. I love making PowerPoints, and they usually don't turn out too bad (and those aren't even about things I care about). This, however, I do! I love my topic and I know that I will be able to make a good PowerPoint on it. This is going to be great! Onward to the PowerePoint!

Finally Coming Together...
I think that everything is starting to work itself out. My paper is pretty good, my website is coming along, and I'm starting to do alot of thinking about the way I want to do my final presentation. The more I think about it, the more I think I want to make a video for my introduction. I have a song that I think will work nicely, and a lot of video clips that I think will look really nice as a final product. I'm not sure yet, but I think that all of this will work out fine. I feel pretty good about the work that I have done and I am confident that I will be able to make this project work.

Starting to Work Out
At this point all of the pieces of the outline are starting to come together. Also I am starting to get a handle on all of the DreamWeaver stuff that was killing me before. Now, I am trying to think about what exactly I am going to do with my PowerPoint. A video maybe, slideshow? not sure yet. We'll see.
GP Website
I am in big trouble. When it comes to a paper, no problem, a PowerPoint, spectacular, but a website? Not good. I never actually learned how to use DreamWeaver so thats out of the question, I don't remember anything that we learned about HTML back in 10th grade and to top it all off, I can't even figure out how to get into the actual codes of my Electronic Portfolio. UGHHH..... It's going to take me more time to re-figure out all of the stuff for the website then it well to make the 5-8 page paper AND the PowerPoint Presentation COMBINED. This is going to be a super pain. I need to have the beginning of the website done tomorrow and I have no clue what I am doing. I guess I will try to figure it out today and see how that goes.

Beginning of the Final Trimester
The final trimester of senior year is finally here. Between the last time that I actually posted anything on this blog, I have in fact gotten a lot more of my project done. Most of my actions were things that had to occur over time anyway so I'm hoping that this will all start to fall into place soon. So far, I have a lot of things that are going into the project. This includes my internship, my continued volunteer experience, getting the award for Volunteer of the Year 2009 for SeaScape =], as well as my SAMS experiences and the things that have happened while I was there. I think that it will also be evry important to add smaller things, like how I've selected my classes in high school, how and where I plan to go to school, what the school has to offer, and other ways that I have continuously tried to prepare myself for this project, but more importantly, my life and eventually my career. My next big step is to get started on the Literary Review aspect of the project and write up an outline. Today, mostly, I spent my time regathering all of my information from my last trimester working on the Grad Project. Well, I guess we'll see......

Keep Trudging On
I am working on finishing my essays for the Governor's School Application. I'm writing the chief essay on Veternary Science, and how things are continuously expanding. It has to be a two page paper, double spaced. I found two papers on new programs that people are doing in different research institues in the US and think that I am going to try and incorportate some of the ideas they share in the article to write a paper.

Interview One Complete
Today when I checked my email, I found that Megan had already emailed me back with the answers to my questions. She not only answered my questions, but also sent me a list of schools that have good marine mammal programs and a list of other institutions that I should think about contacting. This interview was a big help, and I am confident that it will be very beneficial to my project.
